Join Tres Sports Edina & Kama Kat Yoga for a FREE beginner yoga class!
We will practice simple poses & breathing techniques, while learning how & why these practices benefit our body.
Class will be taught by Kathryn of Kama Kat Yoga. Her style focuses on joint & muscle alignment, so that we can hold the poses for longer than a typical vinyasana class.
All poses & practices can be modified for any injury, condition, or experience level. Beginners are welcome!
Class will be held at Tres Sports Edina’s beautiful fitness studio. Bring your mat or borrow one of ours. And don’t forget to bring a friend!
