Who’s it for? Busy folks who want a quick challenging workout. An expert trainer teaches you the exercises, but you determine the pace and intensity.
How’s it work? Drop in during Tres Method hours. A trainer will teach you the workout and offer tips and guidance. Tres Method hours are:
Wednesdays 1 pm to 8 pm
Fridays and Sundays Noon to 3 pm
